5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Exchange & Return

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Sale items and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
